NASHVILLE, TN – National commercial development and investment company, GBT Realty Corp.'s latest mixed-use development in Nashville, TN is now fully-entitled to advance after its preliminary specific plan was approved by Nashville's metro council.

Located 2416 West End at the intersection between West End and Elliston, the development, titled The Sinclair, will feature up to 375 residential units, ground floor retail and restaurant space, and below-grade parking.

Construction on the 27-story tower is expected to commence in early 2023.
