Commercial real estate marketing, as we have said before, is not an easy message to craft given the number of stakeholders and the often complex message. It is no small feat when an individual "gets it" and doubly significant when a team is able to juggle the numerous moving parts that make up a solid CRE message. But when a company, with its inevitable hierarchical structure and layers of bureaucracy, is able to pull off such a delicate task it is truly a marvel.
