MILFORD, MA – An affiliate of the DSF Group, Rolling Green Drive Owner LLC has purchased a 304-unit, garden-style apartment community in Milford, MA for $87 million.
The firm acquired the property from PhilMor REI Milford LLC, an affiliate of Brighton, MA-based Philmor Real Estate Investments.
The acquired property, Rolling Green Apartments, is comprised of 29 buildings, including 18 three-story garden buildings, 10 two-story townhouse buildings and an on-site leasing office. Constructed in 1970, Rolling Green Apartments features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, including 88 direct-entry townhomes, which average 1,060 square feet of space.

Located at 1 Rolling Green Dr., the multifamily asset offers access to Interstate 495 and Interstate 90, and is situated within the MetroWest employment market.

CBRE capital markets' Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin represented the seller and procured the buyer for the transaction.
