DURHAM, NC – Partners, Trinity Capital Advisors and SLI Capital have completed an eight-story, 202,000-square-foot life science and office building in Durham, NC. The asset anchors the mixed-use development, Venable Center.

The newly-constructed, modern, class A workspace, the Roxboro, offers features for life science tenants, such as high floor-to-floor heights, space for mechanical equipment, ample exhaust capacity and dedicated back-up power. The building, designed by Duda Paine Architects, offers amenities including a 1,000-square-foot sky deck lounge, a connecting 1,200-square-foot meeting space and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

The Roxboro additionally features card readers at all entry points and elevators, restroom foot-pulls, auto-flush, UV cleaners, elevators ionization units and a building air purification system, in effort to prioritize the health and wellness of tenants.
