NEW YORK, NY – The Moinian Group has broken ground on a 200,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art office building in Manhattan's Chelsea neighborhood. The project represents one of Manhattan's first ground-up spec office developments since the onset of the pandemic.

The 10-story development, titled The Hudson Arts Building, will feature open, column-free floorplates, a lounge area, a fitness and wellness area, a dog park, a first-class bicycle room and shower area, food and beverage options, and 15,250 square feet of outdoor space including a 12,400-square-foot rooftop terrace.

Located at 220 11th Ave., the project will span one block from W. 25th St. to W. 26th St. and will offer views of the Hudson River.
