HOLLYWOOD, FLGlobeSt. MULTIFAMILY SPRING, formerly APARTMENTS, launches today with a jam-packed agenda and multiple opportunities for networking, including a golf tournament. Held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, the two-day event will kick off with a golf tournament at the Jacaranda Golf Club. 

That afternoon, the opening keynote will be held. Called The New Leader in Multifamily: Single-Family Built-For-Rent, it will be presented by Brad Hunter, president, Hunter Housing Economics. The following day's opening keynote, Forecasting Multifamily for 2022, will feature Kevin Fagan, Senior Director & Head of CRE Economic Analysis, Moody's Analytics.

Other sessions include a panel discussion on the state of the industry, a discussion on technology and how it is being used to solve workforce issues, a panel discussion on finance and another on development issues and a fireside chat about institutional investing. The conference will conclude with a Multifamily Wine Down.
