NEW YORK, NY – Westbrook Partners has secured two long-term leases, totaling nearly 37,000 square feet, at its Midtown Manhattan office tower located at 444 Madison Ave.

The property's entire 10th floor, totaling 20,293 square feet, has been leased to Doris Duke Management Foundation, and the entire 14th floor, totaling 16,624 square feet, has been leased to EOS Investors LLC.

The 42-story property recently underwent major renovations to the lobby, elevator cabs and building systems. The Art Deco tower occupies a full city block between 49th St. and 50th St.
