AUSTIN, TX – Cielo Property Group is set to develop 750,000-square-foot office building in downtown Austin, TX. The locally-based firm plans to break ground on the 46-story tower in late summer.

The office building, titled the Perennial, is anticipated to be one of the tallest and most sustainable buildings in Austin once complete in 2025. Cielo Property Group aims to obtain LEED-Platinum and Well-Platinum status for the property.

The wellness-focused property will offer office space, three floors of retail space and more than 100,000 square feet of landscaped outdoor space. The Perennial's retail space will encompass 37,000 square feet of restaurants, entertainment venues and wellness-focused retailers.
