NEW YORK, NY – New York-based real estate advisory firm, Arch Street Capital Advisors LLC has sold a net-leased industrial portfolio, totaling 2.5 million square feet.
The portfolio comprises four single-tenant assets, leased on a long-term basis to three tenants. The properties are located in the Midwest and Southeast.
Arch Street Capital Advisors originally acquired the portfolio to align with its focus on single-tenant, net-leased industrial assets.
