Female-led commercial real estate development firm Samitaur Constructs is planning to unveil its Culver City creative office property (W)rapper, which will include removing the scaffolding and outside cover to reveal its structural exoskeleton ribbon.
The 16-story creative office tower totals 180,548 square feet. The property is a highly anticipated architectural achievement from award-winning Eric Owen Moss Architects. Known as (W)rapper, the property is one of the few commercial office buildings in the United States with seismic base isolation system, which will allow it to withstand an earthquake.
In addition to the unique design, (W)rapper also features impressive amenities. The property has a rooftop deck that stands 220 feet in the air with 360-degree views. The floor plates are column free and have floor heights of 13.6 feet, 16.6 feet and 24 feet, featuring suspended loft space, a lobby with retail amenity area. JLL's Michael Geller and Gabriel Brown are leasing the property, and there is a lot of opportunity. The (W)rapper can accommodate a wide range of users, including full floors of 14,000 square feet up to a contiguous 140,000 square feet.
