New Affordable Housing Brokerage Firm Launches
Co-founded by affordable housing experts Dan Piatkowski, Neal Wolf and Ryan Gallante, Performance Real Estate Advisors offers specialized expertise to investors and sellers, nationally.
LOMBARD, IL – A new affordable housing brokerage and advisory firm, Performance Real Estate Advisors, has launched.
Headquartered in the Chicago suburb of Lombard, IL, the commercial real estate brokerage firm specializes in the sale of affordable housing throughout the US.
Co-founded and owned by Dan Piatkowski, Neal Wolf and Ryan Gallante, PREA offers specialized affordable housing real estate expertise to clients. The firm aims to assist investors and sellers with project-based Section 8 (HUD/HAP), LIHTC and other affordable housing programs and tax credits.
Piatkowski, Wolf and Gallante are joined by marketing director Monica Danek and senior advisors Danny Walker, Conor Reinke and Michael Yangas. Collectively, the PREA team has sold thousands of affordable housing units nationally.
