NEW YORK, NY – New York-based full service commercial bank, Signature Bank has expanded its lease by 32,927 square feet with Empire State Realty Trust Inc. at 1400 Broadway in Manhattan.
The bank now leases a total of 313,109 square feet, encompassing 11 full floors, at 1400 Broadway, under a long-term agreement.
The newly-leased space represents Signature Bank's third expansion at the property. In January 2022, the bank expanded its footprint in the building by 168,310 square feet, to total more than 280,000 square feet of leased space at the time.
