Codina Partners Leases 41K-SF at Florida Community
The firm has secured 10 new commercial tenants at its 250-acre, mixed-use community in Doral, FL.
DORAL, FL – Real estate development, investment and property management firm, Codina Partners has secured new leases, totaling 7,400 square feet of retail space and more than 33,600 square feet of office space, at its mixed-use community, called Downtown Doral, in Doral, FL.
With the new agreements, the Coral Gables, FL-based firm has successfully leased 90% of the community’s commercial space; representing an all-time vacancy low at the development.
The transactions comprise three new retail leases and seven new office leases.
The office space will be tenanted by a mix of medical, technology, real estate and financial services organizations, including UHealth, More Realty, Premium Mortgage Corp., Chiki Solutions Corp., Capital Finance Lending and AcctSmart, Inc.
The retail space will soon be tenanted by South Florida cigar lounge, Smoke & Oak with a 3,758-square-foot space, Sweet Paris Crêperie & Café in a 2,419-square-foot space, and Doral Orchids Florals & Events in a 1,205-square-foot space.
