ATLANTA, GA – CBRE has expanded its debt and structured finance team in Atlanta with the addition of Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan, Richard Henry and Blake Cohen.
The team joins CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield's debt & structured finance practice in Atlanta.
At CBRE, Ryan and Linnihan will serve as vice chairmen and Henry and Cohen will serve as SVPs. The team will strategically integrate with CBRE Atlanta's debt and structured finance teams.
