NEW YORK, NY – Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. has hired Marc Sznajderman as SVP to oversee the firm's capital markets finance services in the eastern US.
During his more than 20 years of capital markets finance experience, Sznajderman has closed more than $20 billion in real estate originations. He hold an extensive track-record of raising debt and equity on complicated, highly-structured transactions.
Through the appointment, Marcus & Millichap aims to benefit from Sznajderman's expertise and his relationships with both domestic and international capital.
