LOS ANGELES, CA – Colliers US has added a four-person Los Angeles-based occupier services and agency team to its operations. The team encompasses Matthew Heyn, David Solomon, Bob Rosenthal and Caitlin Hoffman, who join the firm from CBRE.
With experience advising global and national occupier clients, particularly private equity investment firms, the team brings its occupier business to Colliers. As agency leasing advisors, the four professionals represent a roster of institutional landlords.
At Colliers, Matthew Heyn will serve as vice chair, David Solomon will serve as senior EVP, Bob Rosenthal will serve as EVP and Caitlin Hoffman will serve as first VP. In their new roles, the team will work within Colliers' integrated service delivery model to identify and utilize best practices, enhance quality control and create scalability for their clients.
