The multifamily and single-family rental home sectors could not be better poised for continued growth in the coming year. After 12 or so months of increased rents, there is still room for additional hikes. Fundamentals are sound and demand is not only solid but growing for both categories.

Though the multifamily sector emerged from 2020 relatively unscathed, professionals are still navigating shifts within the field, such as continued moving patterns across the US, rising interest rates and inflation, new marketing tactics, crypto, NFTs and more.
