Tempus Realty Partners Acquires Office Asset for $65M

The 148,000-SF building in Arkansas represents the firm’s first contribution to the new Tempus Evergreen Fund.

ROGERS, AR – Arkansas-based real estate investment partnership Tempus Realty Partners has acquired a 148,000-square-foot office building in Rogers, AR for $65 million.

Situated at 4909 W. Magnolia St., the state-of-the-art office building is currently occupied by Transplace, which will remain a long-term tenant of the property. The Frisco, TX-based Uber Freight company manages more than $10 billion in freight as the largest managed transportation service provider in North America.

The transaction represents Tempus Realty Partners’ first contribution to the new Tempus Evergreen Fund.

The private REIT of Tempus Evergreen aims to deliver long-term growth and income from high-quality real estate investments.
