CBRE has added two new brokers to its New York City team. Joseph Cirone and Patrick J. Dugan, both previously with Cushman & Wakefield, have joined as Senior Vice Presidents focusing on landlord and tenant representation, with a particular focus in Brooklyn and lower Manhattan. Cirone and Dugan will be based in CBRE's Manhattan office.
Cirone and Dugan were previously Executive Directors at C&W. Each has negotiated several million square feet of transactions on behalf of tenants spanning the office, retail, and industrial sectors. Additionally, the pair has served as leasing agents for over eight million square feet of space throughout the outer boroughs.
Cirone is a graduate of Rutgers University and sits on the Board of Directors for The Downtown Brooklyn Partnership.
