Colina Apartments, a newly constructed, mixed-use apartment building located in Seattle's Beacon Hill neighborhood sold for $65.5 million.

The 139-unit luxury apartment community is located at 2709 17th Avenue South, directly next to the Beacon Hill Light Rail Station. Construction was completed in 2021, and Colina reached full occupancy in early 2022. The two-building property sits at the 50-yard line of this rapidly urbanizing community atop Beacon Hill. The community features two rooftop decks, retail amenities, and access to job centers in downtown Seattle and Bellevue.
