CHICAGO, IL – JLL has expanded its property management business to include multifamily.

The firm's new multifamily property management group will be led by managing director Lela Cirjakovic. Within her position, Cirjakovic will build and grow client relations across the multifamily platform by working with national and regional professionals.

JLL has historically offered property management services across the office, industrial, retail and life science sectors, however, with the expansion, the firm will now provide offerings, such as proactive management, experiential resident programming, PropTech solutions and on-site property teams, across the multifamily sector as well. With the addition of multifamily, the firm aims to serve as a single-source provider in mixed-use assets for clients.
