CORE Pacific Advisors acquired Arbour Commons Luxury Apartments, a 394-unit garden-style upscale apartment community in Westminster, Colorado, a northern submarket of Denver, for $150 million. The property features modern apartment homes with community amenities. It is surrounded by walkable shopping, restaurants, entertainment options, big-box retailers, two regional hospitals, and one million square feet of Amazon distribution/fulfillment centers. Located along the I-25 arterial, residents have access to four employment centers, Boulder, Broomfield, the Downtown Denver CBD, and Denver International Airport.

Built in 2014, on a 27.86-acre site, the low-density community features a blend of units that are 16% larger than the surrounding submarket averages. Units feature modern interiors plus amenities including a clubhouse, pool/spa, fitness center, community garden, and dog run with agility course.

The seller was represented by Walker & Dunlop's Dan Woodward, David Potarf, Matt Barnett, and Jake Young. Financing was led by Arbor Realty Trust.
