CHICAGO, IL – JLL's CEO and president of retail Greg Maloney is retiring on December 31, 2022, after serving at JLL for more than 22 years, since its formation in 1999.
The firm's current COO of property management and longtime partner of Maloney, Kristin Mueller will replace Maloney as president of the retail property management.
Having been involved in retail throughout his entire 45 year career, Maloney has driven the retail and shopping center industry and been instrumental in JLL's retail business globally by evolving and adapting its services to align with changing investor needs and shifting shopper preferences.
