Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and 1-800Accountant inked leases with the Sapir Organization totaling over 62,000 square feet within the 570,000 square feet, Class A office property at 260 Madison Avenue.

MGM signed a 50,462 square foot lease while 1-800Accountant committed to a 12,344 square foot lease.

260 Madison Avenue is situated between East 38th and East 39th streets, within walking distance to Bryant Park and Grand Central Terminal.
