David Howard, executive director, National Rental Home Council (NRHC), tells GlobeSt.com, “Tricon’s commitment to honoring a resident-focused Bill of Rights is another example of the company’s leadership in the areas of customer care and property management.

Richard Ross, CEO of Quinn Residences, tells GlobeSt.com, “Quinn Residences has, and always will, prioritize its residents. Our build-to-rent homes offer a chance to live in a professionally managed home where residents can live a maintenance-free lifestyle.

“A majority of our residents do not wish to own a home for a variety of reasons. But for those that do, Quinn offers them assistance such as positive rent reporting and reasonable rent pricing to help with saving for a down payment.”

Residents Must be ‘Center of the Entire Industry’

Kori Covrigaru, CEO of PlanOmatic, tells GlobeSt.com, “We know that the SFR industry is serving a critical part of the housing market by providing quality, professionally managed homes to residents.

“The resident must be at the center of the entire industry and has long been for us at PlanOmatic as well as most of the major operators in the space. It is certainly one thing to have this mindset as a business within the SFR industry, but it is another to put it in writing and have it guide your entire operation. We whole heartily support Tricon’s Bill of Rights and find it extremely relevant.”
