Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb will relocate its headquarters to 45 Rockefeller Plaza, owned by Tishman Speyer. The investment adviser will be moving its offices from 9 West 57th Street to Rockefeller Center in 2023.

The firm will occupy the entire 34th floor and a section of the 35th floor of 45 Rockefeller Plaza. The building, which was completed in 1935, features Lee Lawrie's iconic 15-foot bronze "Atlas" sculpture outside its entrance.

Ruane, Cunniff will arrive to Rockefeller Center just as Tishman Speyer completes a wave of projects that reimagine the campus for the current moment. Rockefeller Center began planning this reimagination across dining, retail, art, and experiences prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.
