AEW Capital Management and Growth Capital Partners have acquired the South Atlanta Core-Plus Bulk Portfolio, four Class A distribution facilities totaling 2,871,900 square feet in Atlanta's Interstate 75 South corridor.
Cushman & Wakefield's Stewart Calhoun, Casey Masters, and Ryan Bellows represented an undisclosed seller in the transaction. Commercial Property Executive reports the seller was Link Logistics. Rob Rubano and Brian Share of Cushman & Wakefield are securing acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
The South Atlanta Core-Plus Bulk Portfolio includes:
|- Two buildings totaling 1,504,800-square-feet at 195 King Mill Rd. in the McDonough submarket
- One 867,140-square-foot building at 150 Greenwood Industrial Pkwy in the McDonough submarket
- One 499,960-square-foot building at 9250 South Main St. in the Jonesboro submarket
Currently, the portfolio is fully leased to four tenants.
