A subsidiary of Covenant Logistics Group signed a new lease totaling 401,242 square feet at Gillem Logistics Center, an industrial park located in Forest Park, Georgia.
Covenant will partially occupy Building 1100 within Gillem Logistics Center, which totals 909,509 square feet and was recently delivered in September 2022. The building is located at 200 Metcalf Rd. Extension.
Totaling 1,168 acres, Gillem Logistics Center is tailored to e-commerce and distribution companies. The industrial park also offers a mix of more than 30 restaurants, shops, and service-oriented establishments nearby along with access to Interstate 675, Interstate 285, Hartsfield Jackson International Airport, and Downtown Atlanta.
