Samsung Leases 670,941 SF Texas Warehouse

The cross-dock facility is part of VanTrust’s 75-acre, state-of-the-art Fort Worth Logistics Hub

Samsung has leased the 670,941-square-foot Fort Worth Logistics Hub Building 1 in south Fort Worth’s industrial submarket.

VanTrust Real Estate’s 75-acre Fort Worth Logistics Hub consists of 1.3 million square feet in two buildings. The development is located on the west side of the Interstate 35W and Risinger Road interchange, providing access to Interstates 20 and 30.

South Fort Worth has become a hotbed of industrial and e-commerce activity. According to CBRE’s Industrial Report, the submarket has grown to nearly 80 million square feet with another three million square feet under construction and a vacancy rate of 6%.

Fort Worth Logistics Hub Building 1, designed by Alliance Architects and constructed by Bob Moore Construction, was delivered in Q1 2022. Phase Two of the project will be a 607,074-square-foot building, and construction is expected to be finished in Q1 2023.
