FTI Consulting Appoints Head of Private Client Tax Group

NEW YORK, NY – Global business advisory firm FTI Consulting Inc. has hired industry veteran Michael Osherovitz as managing director and head of the private client tax group within the firm’s real estate solutions practice.

Within his new role role, Osherovitz will lead the group which works closely with high-net-worth individuals and real estate and private equity families that create or inherit substantial wealth.

Based in New York, Osherovitz holds extensive experience in tax planning and compliance for family offices. He has held a leadership role in treasury, personal financial statement preparation, charitable giving, liquidity forecasting and trust and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, partnerships, trusts and private foundations.

Osherovitz most recently served as head of family office at Oak Hill Advisors LP, where he established and managed the family office for the CEO of a $50 billion-plus fund. He also previously served as controller and tax director for Bolt Ventures, principal at Withum, and senior manager at CohnReznick.
