The Davis family and PARC Group sold Governors Park in the Clay County section of Jacksonville, FL, to BTI Partners for $85 million. The property is a 3,307-acre tract approved for 4000 single family units, 2,000 multifamily units, 840,000 square feet of commercial/retail, 700,000 square feet of office, 400 hotel rooms and 2,000,000 square feet of light industrial.

Cushman & Wakefield's Florida Land Advisory team of Andy Slowik, Joseph Lentz, Margery Johnson, and Rachel Slowik brokered the deal.

"The new First Coast Expressway, running from Interstate 10 south through Clay County and across the St John's River to St Johns County, has become a major driver of development in Clay County. This enhances plans for the Governors Park development project," the team noted.
