Weis Markets will anchor the planned 280,000-square-foot Bayberry Town Center, which is part of the 1,500-acre Village of Bayberry master planned community in Middletown, DE.
Anticipated to open in 2025, Weis Markets will operate a 64,000 square foot supermarket and fuel facility in the retail center. Weis Markets is a Mid-Atlantic food retailer operating 197 stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, West Virginia and Virginia. It currently operates three stores in Delaware.
Developed by Blenheim Group, The Village of Bayberry includes almost 2,700 homes of which 1,700 are sold.
