NEW YORK CITY–A New York City based partnership between Soly Halabi and Joseph Simhon sold eight net-leased retail properties in Alabama, Virginia, Oklahoma and South Carolina, respectively, for $79.4 million.
Anthony D’Ambrosia and Glen Kunofsky of NNN Pro Group, represented the sellers, a New York City-based partnership led by Soly Halabi and Joseph Simhon, in each of the transactions.
1990 McCrays Mill Rd., a 14,820-square-foot retail property located in Sumter, SC, sold for $5,909,072 to a private investor located on the West Coast. The tenant, Walgreens, has eight years remaining on its lease. Matt Franciosi and Michael Gaggo of Encore Real Estate represented the buyer in the 1031 exchange transaction.
