ADMARES, a company founded in Finland and which has technology for off-site building construction, is moving its headquarters to the U.S. and plans a 2.5 million square foot facility in Georgia.

The company's technology "allows whole buildings to be mass-produced at a factory by assembly line workers without any need for traditional construction labor," according to its website. That includes single-family homes, townhouses, and multifamily buildings.

ADMARES claims that its buildings are mold-free and termite-free with improved thermal, fire, and sound insulation. The resulting structures are built off-site and then delivered. They are carbon neutrally manufactured with less waste, greater efficiency, affordable, and digitally connected, the company says.
