MRI Software Launches Commercial Tenant Portal
The company claims that it provides easy access to billing, payments, and online service requests with a single sign-on.
MRI Software announced that it launched a new product: MRI Engage @Work, a “commercial tenant portal that provides a unified experience for tenants while leveraging a diverse tech stack,” as the company’s press release noted. “Designed to offer an intuitive, streamlined user experience, the solution facilitates interactions between property teams and occupants to provide easy access to billing, payments, and online service requests, all from a single login.”
“To provide the services that tenants expect, many firms are using multiple, disparate applications, which create a disjointed user experience,” the release quoted Russell Smith, managing director of MRI @Work, North America at MRI, as saying. “The new Engage @Work solution enables commercial property managers to offer an intuitive, cohesive process for tenants and staff, without sacrificing the tech tools they already use.”
The company says that Engage@Work allows a CRE operator to integrate a suite of products that work best for it. Companies can run the products into the portal and also give tenants one place “where they can submit maintenance requests, enter retail sales data, make payments, and communicate with the property management team.”
Engage@Work also will connect to facilities management systems “to streamline the work order process.”
“MRI clients can also sync data between MRI Property Management X and payment solutions, including MRI RentPayment, Aptexx, ClickPay, and ProfitStars,” the company says. “The flexible solution promotes efficiency through self-service options for tenants, reducing the burden on property staff and driving improved net operating income (NOI) and occupancy rates.”
MRI has a wide range of application areas: property, investment, facilities, energy, workplace, lease, and visitor management and property and lease accounting. The company also services most property types: multifamily, condo, office, industrial, construction and development, retail owners, retail tenants, and CRE occupiers. There are also managed services available. The company acquired Springboard in October 2022 to add “shopper traffic counting and artificial intelligence (AI)-powered analytics.”
