Inspectify closed on $5.76 million funding according to Fundrise, which said it led the round with $4 million. Other investors have included Nine Four Ventures, Munich Re Ventures, Foundation Capital and DivcoWest Ventures.

Inspectify is a property inspection platform for nationwide inspection and property data services, the company explained. It said that current clients include institutional and retail real estate investors, property managers, lenders, insurance carriers and real estate brokerages nationwide." Josh Jensen and Denis Bellavance founded Inspectify in 2019.

The company offers a range of inspection services, including general home, new build inspection, septic, move-in and move-out, termite, rent-ready, drive-by, townhouse, condo, multifamily, drive-by, and more. "The platform enables reliable and consistent data capture that is easy to understand, including property condition, appliance data and life expectancy, repair cost estimates, and rehab scopes. Inspectify's ability to customize and integrate robust data sets provides more comprehensive and better-utilized insights into every home."

Inspectify says that at the base of its business is a tech-based platform that standardizes and streamlines the property inspection report.

"With the additional funding, we will further enhance our platform and expand our services, paving the way for transformative change in the real estate industry and enable our vision of providing the API for the home," Inspectify CEO Josh Jensen says in prepared remarks.
