Dottid Announces AI-Powered Assistant

A chat interface can let users retrieve real-time portfolio information and expedite CRE workflows

Dottid, a proptech company that focuses on asset management, brokerage, leasing, and debt oversight, with the claimed ability to manage all deals in one place rather than searching through old spreadsheets, emails, or paper documents, announced a new AI frontend feature, called Dottid AI.

“By utilizing the individualized portfolio data of Dottid users, it expedites CRE workflows and quickly retrieves real-time portfolio information, all through an intuitive chat interface powered by AI,” the company said. “This allows CRE teams to rapidly make well-informed decisions, enhance their team performance, and ensure data accuracy in a way that fits naturally into their existing workflow.”

Direct access to a user’s specific portfolio data and insights, Dottid AI “provides a dynamic, intelligent help desk to ease onboarding and ensure users fully utilize the robust features within the Dottid platform.”

Essentially, the company says that the new feature is an AI assistant that can request leasing and portfolio data from anywhere in the full software using natural language support. Unfortunately, current available descriptions are sparse with little available detail about what the product actually does. As Dottid will show the new feature at CREtech in New York this September, there will likely be more public data about it. It is supposed to be made available to all customers sometime this fall.

In April, the company announced its Asset OS product that “integrated workflow and data in one place.” Back in June, Dottid and MRI Software announced bi-directional integration through application programming interfaces (APIs) to ensure data transmission between the two platforms to synchronize rent rolls.
