The Pratt Institute has signed a 62,570 square foot lease at Boston Properties and Rudin’s Dock 72 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard where it will occupy the entire third floor of the 16-story building.
The school plans to relocate its graduate fine arts and photography facilities to the building from 630 Flushing Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant and expects it will be able to welcome students by the start of the fall semester in August.
It already occupies a 20,000 square-foot research facility at the Navy Yard.
