Highlights of the discussion include:

Learn how to leverage data analytics and human expertise to identify patterns, predict dynamics, and find opportunity in the market.
- Reset, Refresh, and Realign Your Game Plan. What do high-profile companies such as LinkedIn, Netflix, Uber, and AirBnb, as well as leading real estate companies like Walker Dunlop, have in common? They credit their success to having OKRs. Quickly learn how to craft effective Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and pin-point Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align your team’s efforts and organizational focus, ensuring everyone is marching to the beat of the same drum.
- Understanding Forward Rates: Mastering Forecasting. Take a practical look at what’s real and what’s perceived artificial when it comes to interest rates.
