St. Bartholomew's Church in Midtown Manhattan has agreed to sell at least 150,000 square feet in air rights to a partnership led by Citadel founder Ken Griffin with Rudin Management and Vornado Realty Trust, according to a report in Bloomberg. The transaction is valued at as much as $78 million, according to Crain's New York Business, which first reported the deal.
The purchase would allow the team to develop an office tower along Park Avenue.
