MIAMI—The NRP Group, a vertically integrated, best-in-class developer, builder, and manager of multifamily housing based in Cleveland, recently revealed the hire of Bill Zunamon as Vice President of Development. This strategic hire marks NRP's expansion beyond market-rate developments in Florida to include affordable and workforce housing projects.

According to a press release, Zunamon will report to Aaron Pechota, Executive Vice President of Development at The NRP Group. "The demand for affordable housing in Florida is undeniable and with this new hire, we're poised to meet this challenge head-on," said Aaron Pechota, Executive Vice President of Development, in the release. "With his leadership and expertise, Bill's appointment reinforces NRP's unwavering commitment to expanding access to quality housing options for all Floridians, regardless of socioeconomic status. With Bill at the helm, we are ready to make significant strides in providing new affordable housing solutions that positively impact communities throughout the entire state."

With a proven track record of delivering affordable housing across Florida, Zunamon will play a crucial role in establishing NRP's affordable project portfolio in the state. In his new position, Zunamon will collaborate directly with nonprofit organizations, public housing authorities, and governmental agencies at all levels to identify and execute projects that address the state's pressing housing needs.
