It's already almost twice the size of Manhattan and it's still getting bigger. AllianceTexas, a 27,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use mega-development, spans two counties and nine municipalities including part of Fort Worth.
Since 1990, more than 58M SF has been developed at the sprawling complex, including one of the largest logistics hubs in the Lone Star State as well as a growing residential community that includes nearly 15K homes and more than 2,700 multifamily units.
Hillwood, the company founded by Ross Perot that developed AllianceTexas, has disclosed plans to add more than 4M SF of "next-generation industrial facilities" to the complex, including a project that will be putting a shovel in the ground next month.
