Millburn & Co. has purchased a 258-unit multifamily community in the Phoenix metro area for $62.75 million. The property, called Parc Tolleson, is located in Tolleson, and was sold by Evergreen Devco.
CBRE's Asher Gunter, Matt Pesch, Sean Cunningham and Austin Groen represented the seller in the sale. Troy Tegeler and Trevor Breaux with the CBRE debt & structured finance team, arranged financing for the buyer.
Completed in 2023, the garden-style community sits at Loop 101 and Interstate 10 intersection, connecting the property to the Westgate Entertainment District and larger employers.
