Chelsea Garber began her career focused on residential and commercial interior design. She transitioned to commercial real estate in 2019 founding an investment called Ascend Equity but she didn't leave behind her esthetic-driven focus entirely.

"I've done everything from design to the construction remodeling of multimillion dollar homes to office space," she tells GlobeSt.com. "Design has been a common theme throughout this work."

Garber is one of the speakers at GlobeSt.com's upcoming Women of Influence conference later this month.  GlobeSt.com caught up with Garber to discuss how she made this transition and the worldview it has given her.
