Blackstone is providing $58 million in funds so Brickstone Partners, Inc. can refinance two apartment complexes — The Junction Apartment and The Alpine Apartments, both located in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The two complexes collectively consisted of 288 units and have 9,390 square feet of retail space, according to Brickstone. The real estate development firm said that it completed "comprehensive renovations of both properties' unit interiors" a couple of years ago.

"The continuous success of these assets underscores the strength of our fundamental investment approach," Daniel Otis, founder and chief executive officer of Brickstone, said in a statement.
