An affiliate of JBL Asset Management has bought a popular shopping center in South Florida for $22.25 million from Continental Realty Corp.
The 138,554-square-foot property, known as Ridge Plaza, is located at 9000-9200 West State Road 84 and stands on 13.52 acres.
The Davie, Florida shopping center hosts several major brands including Goodwill, Off The Wall, and Paragon Theaters. Plus, other entertainment venues and food and beverage tenants are located there. Currently, Ridge Plaza commands a 98.6 percent occupancy rate.
