A few retail and restaurant brands have scored leases to operate in the $6 billion mixed-use development Miami Worldcenter.
The new tenants include Go Greek Yogurt, SkinSpirit, a medical aesthetics clinic and spa, and HźP, a footwear retailer.
The location at the site will mark HźP's second Miami store. This one, scheduled to open its doors later this year is set to measure more than 1,300 square feet at 851 NE 1st Avenue. Go Greek, known for its Southern California presence, is also set to debut at the Miami Worldcenter later in 2024, hosting almost 1,300 SF of space at 851 NE 1st Avenue. SkinSpirit's shop, scheduled to open in early 2025, will take up 1,700 SF of space at 852 NE 2nd Avenue.
