3 Retailers Sign at Miami Worldcenter

The mixed-use Miami Worldcenter has big plans for multifamily and residential units too.

A few retail and restaurant brands have scored leases to operate in the $6 billion mixed-use development Miami Worldcenter.

The new tenants include Go Greek Yogurt, SkinSpirit, a medical aesthetics clinic and spa, and HźP, a footwear retailer.

The location at the site will mark HźP’s second Miami store. This one, scheduled to open its doors later this year is set to measure more than 1,300 square feet at 851 NE 1st Avenue. Go Greek, known for its Southern California presence, is also set to debut at the Miami Worldcenter later in 2024, hosting almost 1,300 SF of space at 851 NE 1st Avenue. SkinSpirit’s shop, scheduled to open in early 2025, will take up 1,700 SF of space at 852 NE 2nd Avenue.

Some other tenants set to debut at the Miami Worldcenter in the next 12 months include Starbucks, JUVIA, Villa One Tequila Gardens, Maple & Ash, Sports & Social, Serafina, Earls Kitchen + Bar, Sweet Paris Creperie & Café, Santander Bank, The Spot Barbershop, The Container Store, Posman Books, Club Studio, and Savage X Fenty. Also, other major brands such as Sephora, Ray-Ban, lululemon, and other restaurants and bars are open for business, currently.

The entire $6 billion project, which is being completed in phases, sits on 27 acres and covers 10 blocks of the metro area. Miami Worldcenter features not only retail and eateries but, also residential, hospitality, and other commercial assets. Retail, restaurant, and entertainment venues will take up a total of 300,000 SF.

Some completed residential developments at the site include a 351-room luxury boutique hotel, condominium tower Paramount Miami Worldcenter (569 units), Bezel Miami (434 luxury apartment building), and Flow (444 luxury apartments). Also, construction is in progress at a variety of other multifamily, condominium, and hospitality projects, consisting of hundreds of units each. Additionally, more are planned for development including a massive 2,000 multifamily project by property management firm, Lalezarian.

Plus, the site features a 20,000 SF park and a public plaza called World Square, as well as a $5 million outdoor museum. The Miami Worldcenter will be within walking distance of the Miami Heat’s Kaseya Center, Museum Park, Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus, and Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts.
