The Reuben Brothers have purchased the iconic W Hotel South Beach from Tricap for more than $400 million. The deal, which closed recently, marks the largest hotel transaction in Miami this year and the first sale of a newer hotel property in the area since 2021.

Newmark and Eastdil Secured served as advisors to the seller.

The 20-story oceanfront property, located at 2201 Collins Avenue, spans 3.85 acres and features luxury amenities including high-end restaurants, a full-service spa, and over 200 individually-owned condominiums. Built in 2009 on the former site of a Holiday Inn, the W Hotel South Beach has become a prominent fixture in Miami's luxury hospitality landscape.
