Mark Dellonte is the Head of the FHA Production on Capital One’s commercial real estate and is based in Milwaukee. Since joining Capital One in 2022, Mark has built a new FHA specialist team, developed new products and processes and has partnered across Capital One to source new loan volume. Mark has spent more than 25 years in the FHA financing space, routinely working with clients to leverage FHA loans as a strong option for multifamily developers. Prior to joining Capital One, Dellonte worked for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage as a senior managing director. Before joining Berkadia, he was president and CEO of Love Funding Corporation for more than a decade.

Ed Delany, SVP, Senior Capital Officer, Community Finance | Capital One
Ed Delany is an SVP, Senior Capital Officer for Capital One’s Community Finance Group. He has experience in FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and life insurance company loan originations, with a concentration in multifamily finance and the use of Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and tax exempt bond financing vehicles. Ed has over 38 years of real estate banking experience. Before joining Capital One in 2010, he was Regional Manager for Union Bank of California’s Community Development Finance group and opened that bank’s first CDF office outside of California in 2005.

Ryan Young | SVP, Head of Southern California Relationship Team | Capital One
Ryan Young is an SVP and head of the Southern California relationship team, based in Newport Beach, CA. Prior to joining Capital One in 2022, Ryan was a Managing Director covering the Western region for Barings. Prior to his time at Barings, Ryan spent almost 10 years at Wells Fargo in various roles in the Real Estate Merchant Bank Group in Irvine, CA and the Real Estate Group in Washington DC. He started his career on the Acquisitions team at AvalonBay. Ryan's lending experience is robust, including bridge transactions, equity investments, construction loans, whole loans, mezzanine debt investments, life company loans, and entity level financings.

Jonathan Pratt | SVP | Capital One
Jonathan Pratt is a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is currently a SVP at Capital One and co-heads a nationwide origination team that has closed nearly $3bn in commercial real estate financing over the past 3 years. Jonathan has financed all major asset classes across the major lending sources. Prior to his current role with Capital One, Jonathan was a nationally recognized Mortgage Banker with Berkadia. Jonathan started his career at Foulger-Pratt Companies as a development analyst. He then became a debt underwriter with a focus on multifamily Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac mortgages. Jonathan has been awarded with the 2022 Globe Street Rainmakers award.
